Celebrate Easter at Rosewood Church!

Easter is right around the corner!  At Rosewood Church, we dedicate the entire week-end to celebrating one of the most important holidays of the Christian year. We consider every event of the week-end to be essential to having a whole and complete experience. Pastor Brink encourages all of us to think of the Easter week-end events as a multi-course family meal rather than a smorgasbord. At a smorgasbord we pick & choose what we eat, but at a family meal we enjoy every course together. Please join us for this big family celebration of our Lord's victory over sin and death. Take note of  the menu of activities below, put them on your calendar, and plan to spend the whole weekend enjoying the good things of God with the family of God. 

GOOD FRIDAY, April 2 - 7:00 p.m.

Communion Service ... this is a combined service for English- and Spanish-speaking worshipers in which we live in to the experience of our Lord's sacrifice for us on Good Friday, culminating with our celebration of the Lord's Supper together.

Children's Good Friday Service ... this is a very special time for children in preschool through 5th graders as we experience the Stations of the Cross through song, interactive story and drama, and artwork.

SUPER SATURDAY, April 3

 8:30 - 10:30 a.m. Pancake Breakfast (FREE)

9:00 - 11:00 a.m.  - Children's Easter Egg Hunt & Mini-Carnival (FREE)          

EASTER SUNDAY, April 4

8:30 a.m. & 10:30 a.m. - Easter Sunday Worship (English)

10:30 a.m. -- Easter Sunday Worship (Spanish)

Children's Ministries will be offered during both morning services. Nursery will be available for infants and toddlers.

SUNDAY MORNING CELEBRATIONS

Join us for either an early-morning or mid-morning worship time: the first begins at 8:30, and the second at 10:30. During every service we offer a full menu of group options for our children: Nursery care for infants through 2-year-olds, and "Promiseland" for Preschool through 8th graders in which we teach the "Walk With Me" program of Christian discipleship.   After each service, we have an informal coffee time on the west lawn, where we mingle and get to know one another better.

Rosewood's Hispanic Ministry offers a Spanish-language worship service in the Social Hall nearly every Sunday. On the last Sunday of the month (whether it's the 4th or 5th Sunday), we all worship together with Spanish translation through headsets and a multicultural emphasis.
